Thomas O’Regan has vast experience across the prefabrication domain with specialization in Pre-Fabrication Operations (MEP and Bathroom PODs) and factory set ups and training across Europe and the Middle East.

His certifications in LEAN Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, World Class Manufacturing principles and 5S makes him an expert in Manufacturing facility set up and floor layout, with an emphasis on Process set up, Optimization of Manufacturing processes, Process improvement, Training, and Intellectual Property transfer.
